Other Details to Note
•Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $80 per day (for multiple days they need to be consecutive). Please provide at least 24 hours notice to have it turned on. Pool heating is not offered from May 1st to October 1st. Hot tub heating is complimentary. •Pets: There is an $80 Pet Fee for up to 2 pets. Pets must be crated when left alone in the house. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the Pool or Hot Tub. Guests who do not notify us about their pet will be subject to a $500 fee. •Security Cameras: For your safety and for liability purposes, three security cameras are located on the exterior of the property: a Ring Doorbell at the front door, one camera in the front of the house, and one in the backyard overlooking the pool equipment. These cameras are always on and recording. There are no cameras inside the home. •Noise decibel monitor present •City of Indio Registration: 050840
